Where we are now
ERGs
Our Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) play a significant role in creating a sense of belonging and community here at Benchling. Our ERGs are made up of Benchlings and their allies, led by compensated ERG leaders.
Bloom
A space by queer Benchlings for queer Benchlings and their allies to enrich our community and make Benchling the model for a queer-inclusive workplace.
BIPOC
A community for Black, Indigenous, and people of color and allies to support each other through dialogue, celebrations, and awareness.
Brainbow
A safe space for Benchlings to speak about mental health and find support and connect on mental inclusivity and neurodiversity.
Fluoresce
A community for all women-identifying and women-aligned Benchlings and allies to provide support, connection, mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.
Nurture
A community for current, expecting, and hopeful parents, and all those who are navigating careers while being caregivers.
Sustainability
Our mission is to facilitate improvements in Benchlings’ day-to-day actions and empower our community to have a positive, measurable impact on climate change.
